Terms and Conditions of Sale

All sales are final, so please ensure you have checked what you have ordered prior to payment. No refunds will be offered with the exception of an error on my part (eg. missing item in order). 

Payment via PayPal and Stripe/Apple Pay. Stripe payments preferred for preorder items. 

If there any issues with your delivery details or the product on arrival, please let me know ASAP via twitter DM or email! 

If the package has already been sent out to the address provided, I cannot do anything to fix it. If your package has not arrived, but you have received notification that it's been delivered, please message me so I can contact the courier company. 

Please do not resell my products for a higher value than what they are being sold for. 

Shipping Info

What shipping service do you use?

I use Sendle predominantly for parcel orders! Sendle is a courier service that provides tracked shipping for all parcels sent, and offers competitive prices to AusPost (meaning shipping is a little bit cheaper!). 

Australia Post is also an option for parcels, but will mostly be used for group orders that are over 2kg in weight. 

Letter mail orders ($3USD) are sent via Australia Post. There is no tracking available for this shipping option. The items shipped via air mail are restricted, so please check before paying for your order. Washi tapes and handmade products are not able to be shipped via letter due to their thickness and potential for damage during delivery.

Why is shipping so expensive?

I'm based in Sydney, Australia. 

International parcel shipping is unfortunately pricey, so I would recommend splitting the shipping cost where possible with friends or ordering a larger quantity in one order. 

Covid-19 has caused shipping prices to increase by a few dollars, and will mean some delays in delivery. Please keep track of when your delivery should arrive via the Sendle tracking number sent when your order is shipped out. 

USA G.O w/ @jintervention Information

Please check out using the USA G.O shipping option and fill out the Google Form! This shipping option will be available if your address is in the United States.

If you are ordering, note that preorder items will be ordered as well, meaning it will take up to 3 months for you to receive your items.

International shipping will be paid initially by Mar (receipt will be provided of the cost). All shipping payments will be sorted out by Mar and will be two separate payments (intl. and domestic costs).
